Down the A7 competing for space with lots a crazy drivers, all heading for the sun. Some tasty motors including Ferrari. Porches plentiful. Zip past Cannes and Nice high up on the toll road. Exit for Menton. Lunch in Supermarket. No one knows where the campsite is. We don’t have WiFi so can’t look it up. Anyway there’s a suggestion that it closed in 2013!
Head for the hills. Steep passes exciting gorges. Stumble on small town called Sospel. Medium sized camp site perched on the side of mountains. Clean air or what?
