Isn’t it quaint, the way local tourist marketing people give walks and trails attractive names. Anyway this walk is the Sentier du bois des Fees. Which is translated as the walk through the Fairies wood. It’s a great walk, well signposted with a variety of terrain to be enjoyed on the way. We’ve done it twice now – both times were enjoyable, I’d go so far as to say, outstanding.
The hike starts from the small but perfectly formed village of Breuilaufa, parking in the central square in front of the church. There’s an excellent restaurant here as well.
